By using AIEncryptShare (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms").
1. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the files you upload and share. You must own the rights to any content you share, or have permission to share it. You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
2. Prohibited Content
You agree not to upload or share any content that:
- Is illegal, hateful, or discriminatory.
- Infringes on any third party's copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.
- Contains malware, viruses, or any other harmful computer code.
We reserve the right to remove any content or block any user that violates these terms, although we cannot view the content you upload.
3. We Do Not Monitor Your Files
As per our Privacy Policy, the Service is zero-knowledge. We do not and cannot access, view, monitor, or decrypt your files. Your data is your own. You are responsible for keeping your AI Key and download link secure. If you lose your key, we cannot recover it for you.
4. No Warranty
The Service is provided "as-is" without any warranties. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, secure, or always available. Files are automatically deleted after 7 days and are not backed up. We are not responsible for the loss of any data.
5. Limitation of Liability
AIEncryptShare will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.
6. Governing Law
